Compensation & Incentives- Base pay, non‑exempt, plus performance‑based incentives. Average annual earnings range: $57,000–$87,000+ based on performance and sales results.
- Ramp‑up pay support: $200 per week during months 0–2; $150 per week during months 3–4; $100 per week during months 5–6; additional $5,000 ramp‑up compensation support.
- Elevated incentive payout structure during the first 15 months; new hire on‑pace bonus tied to performance milestones.

- Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG‑branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high‑traffic ACG branch.
- Leverage proven sales methodologies and insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, and grow ACG’s insurance portfolio.
- Consistently overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales while maintaining long‑term client relationships.
- Drive performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations aligned with branch and company goals.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews, assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions; quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and develop new business opportunities.
- Brand AAA and maintain strong rapport with members and clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust.
- Respond to customer inquiries with high professionalism and urgency across insurance, membership, and financial products.
- Identify and execute cross‑sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services lines of business to maximize overall member value.
- Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
- Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
- Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year(s) of customer‑facing experience in a fast‑paced computer‑automated business environment (e.g., financial/banking); insurance experience is helpful but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities with disciplined lead tracking, follow‑up, and pipeline management.
- Consultative selling techniques and deep product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions.
- Proven prospecting and business‑development skills, including generating new opportunities through referrals, outbound activity, and networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Results‑driven, ambitious, and accountable for exceeding performance goals.
- Proficient in leveraging technology: CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong listening and discovery skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work in a temperature‑controlled AAA branch location.
- Ability to work varied hours, including possible weekends; some travel to local events may be required.
Regular and reliable attendance is essential for the function of this job.
