Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors and/or delivery drivers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access at entry points by verifying identification, confirming authorization, issuing visitor passes and/or credentials, and maintaining accurate access logs;
Monitor cameras, intercoms, alarms and/or access control systems and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns and/or policy violations per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with property staff and/or local public services as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of community amenities, common areas, parking areas and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location
