Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and/or guests while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and appropriate emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns;
Monitor access activity and visitor movement in accordance with site requirements, documenting observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed;
Help maintain a professional presence at a high-visibility commercial location and support a positive experience for occupants and visitors
