Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems across our apartment communities. You will install new appliances as needed and ensure service requests are completed promptly.
The role requires basic physical ability (lift up to 50 lbs), on-call availability, and a willingness to maintain the exterior of the property to uphold curb appeal. EPA/HVAC certifications are preferred.
