Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineers with expertise in machining and machine building are responsible for designing, building, installing, and optimizing advanced production equipment and processes. They serve as a critical link between design engineering and shop floor execution, ensuring complex designs are translated into high-precision, repeatable manufacturing outcomes.

• Equipment & Process Development:
  Design, assemble, and install manufacturing equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures aligned to production requirement
• Operational Excellence & Problem Solving:
  Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and machine failures using data-driven approaches such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Process Documentation:
  Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process sheets to standardize operations and ensure consist enc

  Engage with external machine builders and suppliers for equipment procurement, commissioning, and buy-off validatio
• CNC Programming & Optimization:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Enginee
• 6+ years of relevant experience in machining, manufacturing engineering, or machine building environm
