Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a manufacturing engineering specialist to design, develop and implement manufacturing operations and equipment at the Pontiac, IL facility. You will lead planning, tooling, maintenance and plant engineering to improve processes, cost, quality and safety.
You will supervise operations technical staff, drive project management and collaborate across functions to deploy new equipment and manufacturing improvements with a focus on lean methodologies and safety compliance.
