How You ll Make an Impact
  • Lead with

    Purpose:

    Oversee personnel management and staff development, ensuring your team has the tools to provide top-tier support.
  • Champion Quality: Monitor program operations to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Drive Excellence: Manage budgets, coordinate licensing, and spearhead activities that lead to agency growth and improved services.
  • Be a Representative: Serve as the face of Mosaic in your community, building vital relationships with staff, families, and partner organizations.

SALARY
: $60,000 - $70,000

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least three years in a related field with proven supervisory experience.

  • Skills: Strong organizational prowess, financial literacy, and the ability to translate complex regulations into clear action.
  • Essentials: A valid driver s license and the flexibility to travel as needed to support your area.
