Senior Manufacturing Engineers with expertise in machining and machine building are responsible for designing, building, installing, and optimizing advanced production equipment and processes. They serve as a critical link between design engineering and shop floor execution, ensuring complex designs are translated into high-precision, repeatable manufacturing outcomes.

• Equipment & Process Development:
  Design, assemble, and install manufacturing equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures aligned to production requirements.
• Operational Excellence & Problem Solving:
  Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and machine failures using data-driven approaches such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Process Documentation:
  Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process sheets to standardize operations and ensure consistency.
• Supplier & Vendor
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Engage with external machine builders and suppliers for equipment procurement, commissioning, and buy-off validation.
• CNC Programming & Optimization:
  Develop, debug, and optimize CNC programs (3-, 4-, and 5-axis) across milling, turning, and grinding operations to enhance efficiency, cycle time, and precision.
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM):
  Review engineering drawings and provide feedback or redesign components to improve manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

• Machining:
  Deep hands-on experience with CNC machining, cutting tools, feeds/speeds, and metallurgy
• Quality & Precision:
  Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement tools (CMM, micrometers)
• Lean Manufacturing:
  Application of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience in machining, manufacturing engineering, or machine building environments

• Technical Documentation:
  High proficiency in creating structured engineering and process documentation
• Digital Tools:
  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, and Share Point
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
