Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment & Process Development:
    Design, assemble, and install manufacturing equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures aligned to production requirements
  • Operational Excellence & Problem Solving:
    Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and machine failures using data-driven approaches such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Process Documentation:
    Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process sheets to standardize operations and ensure consistency
  • Supplier & Vendor

    Collaboration:

    Engage with external machine builders and suppliers for equipment procurement, commissioning, and buy-off validation
  • CNC Programming & Optimization:
    Develop, debug, and optimize CNC programs (3 , 4-, and 5-axis) across milling, turning, and grinding operations to enhance efficiency, cycle time, and precision
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM):
    Review engineering drawings and provide feedback or redesign components to improve manufacturability and cost effectiveness

  • Advanced troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis

Technical Expertise
  • Machining:
    Deep hands‑on experience with CNC machining, cutting tools, feeds/speeds, and metallurgy
  • Quality & Precision:
    Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement tools (CMM, micrometers)
  • Lean Manufacturing:
    Application of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in machining, manufacturing engineering, or machine building environments
Professional Skills
  • Technical Documentation:
    High proficiency in creating structured engineering and process documentation
  • Digital Tools:
    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, and Share
  • Point Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
