Our client, in PontiacIL, is seeking experienced Line Lead to join their team!

Job Title:

Production/Line Lead.

Shift: 1st M-F 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with possible overtime.

Location:

Pontiac, IL. Pay Rate $17.00.

• Assist in coordinating daily packing line activities to meet production targets
• Learn and enforce packaging procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Support training of new packers and help reinforce proper packing techniques
• Shadow and learn how to lead a team and help others to succeed
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, math skills, leadership experience is a MUST.

• MUST have a resume.
• Past supervisory skills required.
• Leadership skills.
• Motivating workers on their lines to meet production needs.
• Taking care of problems on the line and get help if needed to correct issues.
• Complete all paperwork and make sure it is done correctly and neatly.
• Must be organized and be able to keep track of inventory on the line. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Able to work 8-1/2 hours standing on concrete, bend twist, lifting up to 25 to 30 lbs.
