Manufacturing Engineer

Payrate: $44.00 - $45.00/hr summary:
The position contributes to the Manufacturing Engineering group by supporting production processes and process improvement initiatives.

This role offers exposure and learning in fuel systems production within a high-paced, high-tolerance environment. Responsibilities Support PCN, testing, and validating process improvements. Work with operators to maintain processes and prepare reports and process review documents. Collaborate with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and improvements. Support daily operations in the manufacturing process as a key member of the team, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field. Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, but comparable experience is considered. Relevant roles include Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Tool & Die Maker, and Design Engineer. Skills Professional verbal and written communication and analytical skills. Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings, and common computations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and technical reports.

Experience in manufacturing and machining environments. CNC programming and process development experience.

Experience with hone, OD/, and centerless grinding. Experience developing and maintaining automated cells. Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $44.00 - $45.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
