Heller Stores is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service.

• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions efficiently and effectively.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and preventive servicing.
• Document service and repair work performed.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
