Home Provider​/Shared Provider

Mosaic Contractors seeks a Home Provider / Shared Living Provider in Pontiac, IL to support residential construction and home maintenance projects. In this field-based role, you'll visit client homes to complete basic carpentry, light repairs, and minor upgrades, following detailed work orders and safety standards. You will assess site conditions, protect client property, and communicate clearly about timelines and expectations. Using hand and power tools, you'll deliver quality workmanship, document completed tasks, and coordinate with the Mosaic office for materials and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes in Pontiac, IL to perform scheduled construction and maintenance tasks
• Complete basic carpentry, minor repairs, and light remodeling per work orders
• Inspect work areas for safety hazards and follow company safety standards
• Document work performed, materials used, and time on site
• Communicate with clients about project scope, timelines, and any issues
• Coordinate with Mosaic Contractors for supplies, scheduling, and quality checks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in safe working order
• Respect client property and privacy while working in occupied homes
