The BIG Rotational Program is a year-long development experience designed for professionals who want to gain a deep understanding of how a world-class business operates.

Throughout the program,you’llrotate through key areas of our organization, working alongside experienced leaders, contributing to meaningfulprojectsandlearningthe mortgage industry from every angle.

This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office. Start date of program will be October 5th or October 12th .

• Complete immersive rotations across multiple business units

• Learn how each area contributes to delivering an exceptional client experience

• Partner with leaders onreal business initiatives and process improvements

• Build relationships with executives,mentor sand peers throughout the organization

• Develop strong business acumen, leadershipskillsand operational knowledge

• Present ideas, collaborate across teams and solve complex business challenges

• Receive ongoing coaching and feedback throughout the program

• Transition into a permanent role aligned with your strengths,interests and the needs of the business

• Have a proven track record of hard work and personal accountability
• Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments

• Mortgage experience isn’t required. We’re more interested in your potential than your resume
• Leadership or management experience in fast-paced environments preferred
