• 3+ years of experience in estimating commercial or institutional projects.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software like Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors during bid phases.
• Evaluate costs, risks, and opportunities to develop competitive proposals.
