Lee Industrial Contracting, a 100% employee-owned industrial contractor based in Pontiac, MI, is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to lead industrial and commercial mechanical construction projects from estimating through completion.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Perform HVAC and mechanical project estimating, takeoffs, and cost analysis
- Conduct site visits and develop project scopes of work
- Review subcontractor and supplier proposals and prepare bid packages
- Manage project materials, equipment, labor, and subcontractors
- Coordinate project schedules, permits, and purchase orders
- Communicate project requirements and safety expectations to field teams
- Support billing, invoicing, and project closeout activities
3+ years of HVAC estimating experience
5+ years of HVAC trade related experience
AutoCAD experience would be beneficial
- Michigan Mechanical Contractor's License would be beneficial
- Travel both locally and out of state approximately 25% of the time.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore beneficial
- The ability to read and understand single line drawings, building blueprints, and specifications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
