Mechanical Estimator-Project Manager

Lee Industrial Contracting, a 100% employee-owned industrial contractor based in Pontiac, MI, is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to lead industrial and commercial mechanical construction projects from estimating through completion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Perform HVAC and mechanical project estimating, takeoffs, and cost analysis
• Conduct site visits and develop project scopes of work
• Review subcontractor and supplier proposals and prepare bid packages
• Manage project materials, equipment, labor, and subcontractors
• Coordinate project schedules, permits, and purchase orders
• Communicate project requirements and safety expectations to field teams
• Support billing, invoicing, and project closeout activities

3+ years of HVAC estimating experience

5+ years of HVAC trade related experience

AutoCAD experience would be beneficial

• Michigan Mechanical Contractor's License would be beneficial
• Travel both locally and out of state approximately 25% of the time.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore beneficial
• The ability to read and understand single line drawings, building blueprints, and specifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
