This facility is a well-established medical center offering comprehensive cancer care services to the community. The oncology department features a collaborative team environment with full support services including an onsite infusion center and diagnostic capabilities to provide high-quality patient care.

Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:

• Coverage for outpatient clinic on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Position covers a recruitment gap with expected timeline from 1/19/2026 to 7/31/2026
• Manage approximately 15-20 outpatient clinic patients per day
• Provide hematology and oncology outpatient care
• Participate in tumor board meetings as required
• Handle clinic call responsibilities as needed
• Work with Cerner EMR system (familiarity preferred)
• Join previously two-physician practice with NP assistance
• Collaborate with comprehensive support staff including oncology RNs, medical assistants, social worker, dietitian, and nurse navigator
• Utilize onsite services including infusion center and CBC testing
• Board Certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology required (or Board eligible)
• Must maintain active Michigan medical license and BLS/ACLS certification
• Must be local - no flights required
• Self-query NPDB report required at presentation (pulled within 30 days)

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
