We are currently looking for an Accountant. The qualified candidate will report to the Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, highly motivated and well-spoken in our fast-paced environment.
Responsible for preparing and analyzing month-end financial statements
- Prepare and enter journal entries into our ERP
- Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow following US GAAP
Bank & General Ledger Account reconciliations
Daily Cash management and reporting
Lead the day-to-day accounting functions such including billing, AR, and AP
- Process the weekly check run and any special check runs as needed; including creating the positive pay upload file
- Approve the Daily Billing
