United Wholesale Mortgage seeks a Customer Advocate to serve as the first line of defense for past-due loans, engaging customers from delinquency to resolution while ensuring regulatory and investor compliance. This 100% onsite role is based in our Pontiac office with shifts 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm, Monday through Friday.
You will engage customers, analyze the delinquency root causes, and guide them through reinstatements, payment plans, or forbearance options to bring accounts current.
