Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide personalized care and support to clients in Pontiac, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence in the comfort of their own homes.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility and transfer needs safely and effectively
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status or behavior
• Help with light housekeeping duties including meal preparation and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain accurate client records and communicate with healthcare professionals as needed

• Previous experience in home health or personal care is a plus but not necessary
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to commute to clients’ homes in Pontiac, MI
• Background check and any required certifications as per state regulations
