Description:

This position involves working in an Intensive Care Unit and Step-down Unit.
You will develop, coordinate, and deliver care to critically ill patients ranging from adolescent to geriatric.
The role includes caring for a diverse array of patient diagnoses, including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical cases.
You will maintain professional nursing standards.
Supervision of CNA, SNA, LPN, or other health care workers as assigned will be required.
Floating to Step-down Unit will occur frequently.
A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.
If there is a license hit, it would be beneficial to provide a write-up of what happened for review.
Physical copies of certifications are only required if listed above.
Full-time employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
