University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Homecare RN to provide exceptional nursing care to patients in Pontiac, MI and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a registered nurse who values patient-centered care and is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals in their homes. Compensation ranges from $65.00 to $100.00 per visit, reflecting your experience and expertise.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, treatments, and patient education.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members.
• Monitor patient progress and document all nursing activities in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, providing appropriate interventions.

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in homecare or community health settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various patient homes throughout Pontiac and surrounding areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
• CPR certification is required.
