DTS is looking for SAAS Platform Administrator (Salesforce)
Location:
Pontiac, MI
- Oversee platform reliability, security, integration, and performance while providing advanced user support.
- Drive enhancements across departments, deliver key project outcomes.
- Manage users and permissions, maintain reports, build flows, support integrations with external systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical and business teams.
- Ensure proficiency with Salesforce APIs and integration methods, create documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and guide users through training and best practices.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Salesforce environments, including configuration, automation, data management, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities, able to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Experience working in county or local government environments is highly desirable.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in guiding users through training and best practices.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultant are preferred.
