• Manage the daily administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce environment.
• Oversee the platform's reliability, security, integration, and performance while providing advanced user support and driving enhancements across departments.
• Daily work includes managing users and permissions, maintaining reports, building flows, supporting integrations with external systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with technical and business teams to deliver key project outcomes.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a SaaS Platform Administrator.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration, including configuration, automation, data management, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs and integration methods.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to guide users through training and best practices.
• Preferred:
  Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultant.
• Experience working within county or local government environments is highly desirable, though not required.
