We are seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator to support a Salesforce environment for a government contract. This position is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, security, integrations, and enhancement of the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform
- Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings
- Build, modify, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards
- Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and maintenance activities
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot system issues
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows
- Manage Salesforce APIs and integration processes
- Support platform upgrades, releases, and enhancement projects
- Maintain system documentation and configuration records
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Hands‑on experience administering Salesforce in a production environment
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Salesforce security, user management, and permissions
- Experience creating reports and dashboards
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations
- Experience with data management, data migration, and data quality processes
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce platform issues
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Advanced Administrator Certification
- Platform App Builder Certification
- Salesforce Cloud Consultant Certifications
- Experience supporting county government, municipal government, or public sector organizations
- Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 2 days onsite each week
- 2 year contract assignment
- $55-$60/hour
- Government contract opportunity
