Location
United Wholesale Mortgage – 100% on‑site position in Pontiac, MI.
Responsibilities- Provide cutting edge monitoring solutions for applications and infrastructure
- Support on outages and reduce the mean time to resolution
- Troubleshoot production issues and work to prevent future issues
- Develop projects and maintain system architecture
- Document solution architecture and train Developers on its usage
- Utilize best practices to create and improve process flow
- Mentor new and less tenured SREs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 36 months related experience
