Pontiac, Michigan – Application Support Specialist #1060746
Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve technical issues for court staff (including judges and judicial staff).
- Ability to LEARN the MiFILE application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems.
- Examples include stepping into a courtroom to troubleshoot AV or computer issues during court proceedings or helping staff with "How do I..." questions.
- Interface with and escalate to County IT team for advanced support.
- Position will be on-site 5 days a week at 520 W Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI, 48084. Full or partial remote work is NOT an option.
Court Audio Video broadcast/recording technology such as JAVS, BIS; hybrid meeting technology, such as Zoom;
Document Management System, such as Courts MiFile solution, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and others.
