Position is Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite.
Description:Our client seeks a Business Systems Analyst for projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.
Tasks:
- Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, through interviewing stakeholders, and analyzing current business processes and systems.
- Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
- Data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users,
- Writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience

- Experience working on Infrastructure projects
5+ years
- Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.
- Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
- Able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions
