Description:Our client is looking for an AI Specialist to coordinate AI pilots, strengthen governance, and support responsible AI adoption across departments. This combines strategic oversight with hands‑on program support.
Tasks:
- Coordinate AI pilots, establish success criteria, and track outcomes.
- Maintain and mature the client's AI governance framework in partnership with cybersecurity and other stakeholders.
- Maintain client's inventory of AI tools, vendors, pilots, and use cases.
- Manage access, licensing, token consumption, and costs for enterprise AI platforms.
- Coordinate AI vendors, deliverables, demonstrations, and issue resolution.
- Lead AI Communities of Practice and departmental AI champions.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, guidance, and support for AI users.
- Help departments identify high-value AI opportunities and share successful practices.
- Track adoption, costs, business value, and measurable efficiency gains.
- Develop executive dashboards and provide updates to client's leadership.
Environment:
Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Office 365
- 5+ years Managing technology initiatives or enterprise software projects
- Experience with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.
- Understanding of AI governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Public-sector experience
