Description:

Our client is looking for an AI Specialist to coordinate AI pilots, strengthen governance, and support responsible AI adoption across departments. This combines strategic oversight with hands‑on program support.

Tasks:

  • Coordinate AI pilots, establish success criteria, and track outcomes.
  • Maintain and mature the client's AI governance framework in partnership with cybersecurity and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain client's inventory of AI tools, vendors, pilots, and use cases.
  • Manage access, licensing, token consumption, and costs for enterprise AI platforms.
  • Coordinate AI vendors, deliverables, demonstrations, and issue resolution.
  • Lead AI Communities of Practice and departmental AI champions.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, guidance, and support for AI users.
  • Help departments identify high-value AI opportunities and share successful practices.
  • Track adoption, costs, business value, and measurable efficiency gains.
  • Develop executive dashboards and provide updates to client's leadership.

Environment:
Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Office 365

Skills Required
  • 5+ years Managing technology initiatives or enterprise software projects
  • Experience with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.
  • Understanding of AI governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Public-sector experience
  • AI governance

  • Change management; training and facilitation
  • Agile/PMP.
