Hands on Training

• Perform a variety of manual tasks to support production and warehouse operations.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Operate basic tools and machinery as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Support other departments with general labor needs as directed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or general labor setting is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new tasks.
• Reliable transportation to get to work in Detroit, Michigan.
• A positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively with a team.
