Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Production Analyst to join our team. Working in a team environment, the Production Analyst is responsible for establishing R&D schedules while working with operations to ensure both production and R&D parts are run and delivered according to their MRP dates. This includes creating schedules using IMS and Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with MEs and Cell Specialists to ensure R&D jobs run according to schedule, providing support and guidance to maintain workflow.
  • Review MRP release dates and R&D schedules daily to establish priorities for MEs and Cell Specialists.
  • Use SAP and Microsoft Excel to manage production orders, including releasing, issuing, receiving, and closing shop orders.
  • Oversee and manage all physical material flow throughout the entirety of a parts production cycle.
  • Compile, maintain, and present detailed reports on a weekly basis to the management team on the current state of the cell’s hardware production.
  • Proactively identify, escalates, and resolves manufacturing or supply‑chain issues that may impact schedule performance.
  • Develop and distribute status schedules on expected completion dates for hardware being manufactured in an assigned cell and supplied to partner cells.
  • Process Outside Process (OP) transactions, including preparing and delivering outbound material to shipping and returning inbound material from shipping to the manufacturing cell.
  • Process miscellaneous material transactions including location changes, scrap, cycle‑count adjustments, etc.
  • Manage all production order documentation to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Participate in the training and development of other Production Coordinators to promote continuous quality improvement of manufacturing operations.
  • Be responsible for and accountable for product safety and the quality of work, including, as a minimum, all elements defined in the Company’s Quality Policy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing and production scheduling.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Physical lifting requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds (within 4 to 25 inches of the floor), push or pull a weight of 60 pounds, hold a grip strength of at least 50 pounds, and reach above the shoulder (minimum 65 inches above floor level).
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
