Join University Home Care Inc as an RN Home Care nurse serving Pontiac and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being while supporting their independence.

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in patients' homes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians and family members.
• Educate patients and their families about managing their health conditions.
• Document all nursing care and patient interactions accurately.

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience in home health nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Pontiac and surrounding areas.

• Competitive compensation ranging from $65.00 to $100.00 per visit.
