RN Registered Nurse – Midnights 7P–7A (Clarkston, MI)
Join our EPIC Nursing Team at Wellbridge of Clarkston! Our Registered Nurses are part of a skilled nursing team that provides specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patient needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.
Compensation- Base wage: $38.00 per hour
- Shift premium for afternoons & nights: $4.00 per hour
- Hero pay: $3.40 per hour

- Patient: nurse ratio of 1:14
- 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays
- Afternoon shift: 7 p.m.–7 a.m.
- Perform a variety of treatments, including irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
- Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
- Provide preventative and supportive care focused on physiological and psychosocial well‑being
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team, directing assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors
- Current Michigan RN license and CPR‑BLS certification
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or higher)
- Strong analytical abilities for personalized care planning and problem solving
- Excellent customer‑service skills and commitment to delivering compassionate, innovative care
- Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and achieving goals
- Clarkston, MI – minutes from Flint and Pontiac, less than 1 mile north of I‑75, north of Pine Knob
