Home Care Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Home Care Registered Nurse to provide compassionate and professional nursing care to our clients in Pontiac, MI. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized care in the comfort of patients’ homes, ensuring their health and well-being while supporting their independence.

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient conditions and progress, documenting observations and communicating changes promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience in home health nursing or related field preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation for home visits within the Pontiac, MI area.

• Competitive hourly wage of $37.00 - $45.00, paid twice a month if full time. If part time you will be paid per visit.
