Registered Nurse

This position follows the Trio WFS clinical interview process. Candidates can expect outreach within two hours—via phone and text where applicable—with decisions typically made the same day or by the next business day. Applicants who have negative background or employment history are not eligible for the same processing timeline. The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process.

Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines. Directs, coordinates and delegates activities in order to foster patient/family centered care.

Establishes a therapeutic relationship and creates a detailed plan of care with the patient and family, mutually determining the aspects of care which are most important. Evaluates the effectiveness of plans and interventions to promote optimum achievement of established goals. Initiates and maintains open communication with other members of the team to assure that the patient and family receive the full scope of interdisciplinary expertise and services with a coordinated and integrated plan of care.

Communicates with patients, families, subordinate staff and peers to ensure that plans and associated interventions are understood, operationalized and revised, as appropriate.

** Must pick up 1 shift every 60 days to stay active
** Requirement description:

• 2+ Years Experience in Med Surg/Tele or Similar Specialties
• ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Prior Travel or Per Diem Experience
