Registered Nurse

This position follows the Trio WFS clinical interview process. Candidates can expect outreach within two hours—via phone and text where applicable—with decisions typically made the same day or by the next business day. Applicants who have negative background or employment history are not eligible for the same processing timeline. The Registered Nurse establishes a therapeutic relationship and creates a detailed plan of care with the patient and family, mutually determining the aspects of care which are most important.

Evaluates the effectiveness of plans and interventions to promote optimum achievement of established goals. Initiates and maintains open communication with other members of the team to assure that the patient and family receive the full scope of interdisciplinary expertise and services with a coordinated and integrated plan of care. Communicates with patients, families, subordinate staff and peers to ensure that plans and associated interventions are understood, operationalized and revised, as appropriate.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.

Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.

Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.

Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.

Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.

Requirement description:

2+ years Med Surg/Tele experience - [Required]
ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC) - [Required]
Prior travel or per diem experience - [Preferred]
