Are you an experienced Emergency Room RN looking for flexible opportunities in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment? We are seeking skilled ER nurses to join a leading healthcare facility in Pontiac, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your emergency nursing expertise while working alongside a dedicated and supportive clinical team.
Position Highlights✅ Competitive Pay Rate: $42.19/hr
✅ 12.5-Hour Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
✅ Fast-Paced Emergency Department
✅ Work in a Trauma-Level Facility Environment
✅ Flexible Per Diem Opportunities
Clinicians must pick up at least one (1) shift every 60 days to remain active.
Minimum Requirements- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center (Required)
- Cerner EMR experience (Required)
- Prior travel nursing or per diem experience (Preferred)
- Active Michigan RN License (Required)

✔ ACLS
✔ PALS
✔ TNCC
(All certifications must be current and submitted with application.)

📄 Active Michigan RN License
📄 Required Certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC)
📄 Completed McLaren Per Diem Application Questionnaire (Required)
The ideal candidate is a confident and adaptable ER RN with strong trauma experience, proficiency in Cerner EMR, and the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a high-volume emergency department. Nurses with previous travel or per diem experience are encouraged to apply.
