Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor management protocols, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant security-related details;
Communicate with employees, guests, and site contacts regarding entry requirements, badge procedures, deliveries, and lobby access expectations;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance, access, and security-related concerns
