Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, manage guest and delivery access, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, facility issues, and other security-related concerns that may require follow-up
