We are now accepting applications for experienced Finisher Grade Operators to safely and efficiently operate heavy machinery to smooth and level ground for construction projects.
Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation. This is a seasonal job from April to November. Pay is based on experience.

- Must be looking for a long-term career.
- Must have extensive knowledge of earthwork operations, equipment, trucking, and material transport.
- Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
- Candidate should have a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to work weekends and overtime.
- Clean MVR with no more than two moving violations in ten years.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening per MDOT regulations.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work on Saturday.
- Willing to work overtime.
