Denek Contracting Inc is hiring two dependable and skilled Block Mason / Masonry Workers to join our field operations team. In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for loading company trucks, traveling to active job sites, and installing one or two courses of block on pre-poured footings. This is a full-time, hands‑on position ideal for someone with a Chauffeur’s License or CDL B who enjoys precision work and jobsite independence.

Proficiency in equipment operation (mini excavators and skid loaders) is a plus but not required.

• Load tools, equipment, and materials into a company vehicle each morning.
• Safely drive to job sites using a Chauffeur’s License or CDL

• Accurately lay one or two courses of block on pre‑poured concrete footings.
• Ensure masonry work aligns with jobsite specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• (Preferred) Assist with operating mini excavators or skid steer loaders.

• Minimum 3 years of masonry or related field experience.
• Proficient in basic block laying techniques and concrete foundation prep.
• Must possess a Chauffeur’s License or CDL B and have a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently on job sites.
• No formal education required—experience and reliability matter most.
• (Preferred) Experience with mini excavators and skid loaders.

Full‑Time

Monday – Friday

Overtime available based on project demands

Onsite field locations; daily travel from company shop to project sites

Local driving required with company vehicle
