Appliance Repair Technician Apprentice

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appliance Repair Technician Apprentice to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians to learn the skills necessary for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more. This position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule—no nights or weekends required—providing an excellent work-life balance for our valued technicians.

• Diagnose issues and perform repairs on appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, etc.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances operate efficiently and safely.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, estimated completion times, and best practices for appliance care.
• Order and replace defective or worn parts using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures during all service calls.
• Keep company vehicle and work area clean and organized.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends).
