Enhancement Crew Leader; Pontiac​/Detroit

Position Overview

Enhancement Hardscapes Crew Leader – work anticipated to start in April 2026. Interviews starting now.

Starting pay range: $21 – $28 per hour, dependent on experience and certifications/licenses.

• Ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards on job sites.
• Attend client meetings before and during construction projects.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites and vendor locations.
• Safely transport heavy equipment to job sites.
• Report job status and daily hours to the management team.

• 2+ years of landscape installation experience.
• Minimum 1 year managing a crew of 2+ people.
• Knowledge of plants and landscape construction materials.
• Ability to estimate timelines and perform accurate measurements for volume/area calculations.
• Strong organizational skills to handle deadlines and changes.
• Experience managing multiple staff members efficiently.

• Valid chauffeur’s license and medical card.
• Pass a DOT screening.
• Pass random drug screenings.
• Experience operating phone‑based applications for daily hours and DOT reporting.
• Multiple years of heavy equipment operation.
• Capacity to safely tow construction equipment and trailers.
• Willingness to work overtime and some weekends.
