We’re growing and seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our expert team in delivering high-quality industrial plumbing services.

- Measure, cut, bend, and install various types of pipe (steel, copper, PVC/CPVC, etc.)
- Perform copper brazing, soldering, and pipe threading
- Install valves, flanges, hangers, and supports per specifications and codes
- Repair pipe systems and identify leaks
- Interpret and work from pipe drawings and scopes of work
- Coordinate labor, tools, and materials with supervisors
- Train and mentor plumbing apprentices
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations and company quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience
- Current Michigan Journeyman Plumber’s License (required)
- ASSE Backflow Certification (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of various piping systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and pipe diagrams
- Skilled in using hand/power tools and measuring equipment
- Physically able to lift 50–80 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights or in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to safely navigate ladders, scaffolds, and lifts
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, or loud environments
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and maintaining balance on uneven or elevated surfaces
- Able to respond quickly to safety signals or alarms
