Spurlocks Luxury Outdoor Living is seeking a motivated Hardscape Laborer to support our installation teams. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. We build luxury outdoor living spaces using natural stone, masonry, and high-quality landscape materials.

• Pay: $18-$24 per hour including performance bonus

  Monday to Friday (No weekends); 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in masonry, concrete, or landscaping.
• Experience assisting with:
• Outdoor kitchens
• Fireplaces
• Stone, paver, and porcelain patios
• Masonry walls
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Willingness to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.
• Basic construction knowledge and tool familiarity.
• Strong attention to safety and jobsite cleanliness.

• Assist foremen and skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks.
• Perform material handling, site prep, and cleanup.
• Support masonry, hardscape, and landscape installations.
• Maintain tools, materials, and jobsite organization.
• Contribute positively to crew productivity and morale.
