Overseeing daily operations and workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications. Monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance with all company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
Analyzing and reporting on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Developing extensible enterprise software using cutting-edge technology. Participating in project-focused Scrum rituals (standup, grooming, planning, retrospective). Required Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or related) and 24 months related experience.
