We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Amazon Delivery Drivers in Pontiac, MI. As an Amazon Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of packages to our customers' doorsteps.

• Safely and efficiently operate a company‑provided delivery van or truck to deliver Amazon packages to designated locations within the assigned route
• Follow pre‑determined routes and schedules, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Sort and organize packages based on delivery order and load them onto the vehicle in a secure and organized manner
• Utilize GPS navigation tools and technology to navigate the delivery routes and optimize delivery efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Obtain customer signatures upon delivery and accept returns if required
• Manage delivery paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe driving record at all times
• Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management team

• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate reliability and punctuality
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds individually and team‑lift larger items if necessary
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and basic smartphone operation
• Experience in package delivery or transportation industry preferred but not required
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment and flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
