Senior Manager Finance

We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for a Senior Finance Manager for a leading company based in Southeast Asian countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial performance of the business while ensuring robust financial controls, regulatory compliance, effective cash-flow management, and strategic financial planning.

• Lead timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Monitor finance function performance and ensure alignment with business strategies and objectives.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, coach, and manage the finance team through performance management, training, and continuous development.
• Oversee credit control, debt collections, and customer credit facilities to strengthen cash flow and minimise financial risk.
• Manage treasury operations, including collections, settlements, liquidity, and working capital optimisation.
• Build strong relationships and negotiate effectively with banks, financial institutions, and key service providers.
• Ensure appropriate asset protection, insurance coverage, risk controls, and contingency plans are in place.

• Fully qualified CA / CIMA / ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, treasury, risk management, and financial governance.
• Strong understanding of taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance management.
• Experience working with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to cross-border financial management, foreign exchange, and group consolidation reporting will be highly valued.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
