About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive Retail to join our team at WAVIN INDONESIA. This full-time position is based in Pontianak and will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving our business objectives.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers in the Kalimantan Barat region.
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities aligned with the company's goals.
• Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals within your target market.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and achievements.
• Continuously seeking to expand your product knowledge and sales skills.

• Proven track record of successful sales retail experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
