- Manage a team of field sales, sales admin, and technical support
- Oversee the promotion and sales of medical equipment within the defined areas
- Ensure coordination and alignment among team members to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Male/Female, max. age of 45 years old with good professional appearance
- Minimum D3 in Electromedic, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, or S1 in any field
- Good professional appearance and ability to work independently
- Proven experience in managing teams and achieving sales goals
